Hosting Your Holiday Party is as Easy as 1-2-3!

Planning the perfect festive gathering shouldn’t be stressful.
Here is how we make it happen:

Ready to lock in the fun? Fill out our quick Event Booking Form right below to let us know your preferred date, estimated guest count (minimum 30 people required), and if your guests will need discounted overnight hotel rooms. Our catering office will review your details right away!
Once we confirm availability, we will lock in your date with a signed contract and a non-refundable security deposit based on your group size:
- Groups under 50 guests: $500 deposit
- Groups of 50 to 100 guests: $750 deposit
- Grand celebrations over 100 guests: $1,000 deposit
Note: Your final menu choices and final headcount must be submitted to us at least 4 weeks prior to your event, with final payments automatically processed 7 days before the party. All catering is subject to an 18% gratuity, 2% admin fee, and 5% GST.
Show up, relax, and celebrate! Our team takes care of all the heavy lifting—including complimentary Christmas decorations, complete room setup, and full tear-down. Enjoy a seamless banquet dinner, utilize our professional AV equipment for your speeches, and then keep the celebration going late into the night at our on-site casino and lounge.
To keep the evening safe and fun for everyone, please note that our bar and entertainment wrap up at 1:00 AM, and festive items like confetti, open-flame candles, or sparklers are strictly prohibited.
